Meet Our Team

Hakan Guner

With a career spanning over three decades, I bring a wealth of experience across both IT and FMCG sectors. I began my professional journey in IT from 1990 to 2002, gaining a solid foundation in technology and business processes. Since 2002, I have been active in the FMCG industry, holding leadership roles including Sales Manager and General Manager, and working with all leading brands and companies.

My experience spans Prestij Retail (2002–2009), Esin/Toptan Gross (2009–2015), and an online FMCG venture from 2015 to the present. As a business owner, I combine industry knowledge, strategic insight, and hands-on experience to drive growth, foster strong business relationships, and deliver value across the FMCG sector.

Bayram Kolot – Operations Director

With a professional background spanning stationery, media, and entrepreneurship, Bayram Kolot developed strong foundations in management, planning, and administration before transitioning into the FMCG sector. His earlier career sharpened his leadership skills and built the operational discipline that today drives our company forward.

Since joining the food FMCG industry in 2018, Bayram has played a pivotal role in shaping our procurement and logistics strategy — the core engines of our business. He has established a streamlined supply chain model that ensures consistent access to high-quality products while maintaining cost efficiency and reliability. Under his direction, our logistics network has been strengthened to guarantee seamless product delivery to both local retailers and international partners.

Bayram’s ability to combine strategic foresight with hands-on operational excellence has been instrumental in scaling our FMCG operations. His focus on building resilient systems, nurturing supplier relationships, and driving efficiency continues to position our company as a trusted partner in the fast-moving consumer goods market.

Arshad Ahmed Khan

Arshad Khan is a seasoned leader with a proven record of driving results and building high-performing teams. With extensive experience in project management across Dubai, Mumbai, Dammam, Riyadh, and Hyderabad, he has successfully delivered complex high-rise projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Currently serving as Business Development Director in Istanbul’s FMCG sector, Arshad has quickly made an impact—doubling sales and expanding the distribution portfolio with multiple new brands within six months. Known for his expertise in leadership, project management, team building, and client relations, he combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver growth in dynamic markets.

Mohamed Faisal Jatu

Mohamed Faisal Jatu is a director and of FEM Construction India Pvt Ltd. With a deep understanding of the construction industry over 10 years, he brings expertise in management, budgeting, resource allocation, and client relations, enabling the company to cater with excellence and efficiency. He leads the company’s strategic planning, emphasizing growth, efficiency, and sustainability especially in business development and operations of the Company. He also engages hands-on in business development initiatives and operational management, ensuring a seamless integration of vision and execution

Shujauddin Rabbani

A seasoned FMCG professional with over two decades of experience in sales and general management. Having worked with leading brands and companies, this individual has successfully driven growth in both retail and wholesale operations. With expertise spanning strategy, operations, and team leadership, they bring deep market knowledge and strong business acumen to the fast-moving consumer goods sector.

Naeem uddin Rabbani

An accomplished business leader with a strong background in FMCG distribution and business development. With years of experience managing diverse portfolios and expanding market reach, this individual specializes in building strategic partnerships and delivering measurable results.
